Welcome to Happy Landings PCB

Welcome to Happy Landings PCB, a spacious four-bedroom beach retreat tucked into a quiet area of Panama City Beach, where laid-back coastal living and easy access to the Gulf come together for the perfect beach getaway.

One of the best parts of staying here is just how close you are to the water. Two public beach accesses are located within approximately a two-minute walk, making it easy to come and go from the beach throughout the day. Start your morning with a walk along the sugar-white sand, head back to the house for lunch, return for an afternoon swim, and make one more trip to the shoreline to catch a beautiful Panama City Beach sunset.

With room for up to 12 guests, Happy Landings is a wonderful choice for families and groups looking for a place where everyone can relax and enjoy time together. The home offers comfortable gathering spaces, four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a private hot tub, a gated backyard, and one of our favorite features—a large covered balcony designed for enjoying the coastal air.
Spend your days on the beach, exploring Shell Island, fishing, boating, or discovering everything Panama City Beach has to offer. When you return home, fire up the grill, unwind in the private hot tub, or settle onto the balcony with your favorite drink and enjoy the Gulf breeze.

Upstairs, the large covered balcony feels like another living room—only with Gulf breezes.
With a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, and an outdoor dining table, the balcony is made for lingering. Bring your coffee outside in the morning, enjoy lunch in the shade, settle in with a book during the afternoon, or gather for drinks as another beach day winds down.
It's the kind of space that quickly becomes a favorite part of the house.

Just Minutes from the Beach
When the beach is this close, you can enjoy it whenever the mood strikes.
Two public beach accesses are approximately a two-minute walk from Happy Landings, putting the sugar-white sand and emerald-green Gulf waters of Panama City Beach within easy reach.
There's no need to make the beach a once-a-day outing. Go over for an early morning stroll, spend a few hours swimming and soaking up the sunshine, come home for a break, and wander back in the evening for sunset.
That easy connection to the Gulf is a big part of what makes Happy Landings such a wonderful place for a Panama City Beach vacation.
